Ingredients:
Polenta, parmesan, vegetable stock, salt and pepper.
Individual portions of Polenta chips, made fresh and frozen immediately to cook at home. You will receive a Delilah recipe card with directions too!
Defrost and deep fry in veg/sunflower oil until golden and crispy. Oil temp @ 180 degrees.
