Arbequina olives have a delicious nutty flavour. When made into olive oil they produce a light, peppery and grassy oil. This extra virgin olive oil is perfect for salad dressings, in a marinade or drizzled over pasta. It can also be used as a substitute for butter in desserts - very useful in vegan cooking. Arbequina olives grow especially well in the northern Catalan region of Spain. The oil is presented in a small beautifully decorated tin showing part of the 'Sagrada Familia' cathedral, Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi's master work. It makes a great gift or is a lovely addition to your kitchen or dinner table!
