Pitted Leccino Olives is an olive found in Puglia Southern Italy. The Leccino is commonly used for making Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In Puglia it is also used as an eating olive as it is incredibly flavoursome. The herbs and olive oil give an extra dimension to these olives.
