Despite being one of Tuscany’s oldest estates, it is only recently that Canneto have been propelled to the elite of Montepulciano’s leading producers following a series of outstanding scores from the famous American wine-critic Robert Parker.
An earthy, dry yet berry fruit-driven red with aromas of roses and violets and hints of chocolate and truffle on the palate. It’s silky, succulent and smooth on the palate with lashings of ripe, dark cherry flavours. Impeccably balanced.
