Rousanne, Brezeme, Eric Texier, Rhone
Vibrant, distinctive wine using as little intervention as possible. Made from young vines in limestone soils that are unusual in this part of the Rhone, the Roussanne has delicious, ripe fruit balanced by nervy acidiy.
Unico Zelo, 'Esoterico', Australia
Orange Wine- Made from white grapes, but with skin contact like a red. Natural ferment, no fining or filtering, the result is rich & aromatic, with a lean driven palate and tannic structure.
Ros, Rosado, Navarra
Artisinal rose, hand-farmed Garnacha, wild-fermented with minimal intervention. Aromatic and fruity aroma that evokes summer berries, sweet pea and floral inflections.
Buzet, 'Sans', Vignerons de Buzet
Made without sulphur. Cab Sauv, Merlot, Cab Franc blend with bright, charming cassis fruit, soft and ripe, a pure experession of terroir.
Gamay Noir, 'Rift 69', Jean Loron
Jean Loron leads the way in treating healthy grapes gently, and avoiding the use of sulphur; serious fresh-berry fruited Gamay. Made by hand, using natural yeasts and no added sulphur.
