Geuze Boon - Oude Geuze Boon is one of the finest examples of the traditional 100% spontaneous fermentation Lambic style. To moderate the sourness, Boon Brewery only brews Lambic in the 7 cold months, from early October until April, according to the traditional “turbid mash” system.
Black Iris Divine Elements - Black Iris are becoming legendary in Nottingham for not only the amazing design work on their cans but also the creative nature of their brews. Divine Elements is a mega juicy & hazy Mosaic IPA
Castle Rock Session IPA - Three stage dry hop process and a soft water profile makes Session a modern-style juicy and hoppy pale. Upfront hop aromas of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit give way to a juicy and more-ish flavour with a soft bitterness.
Blanche de Bruxelles - Brewed by Lefebvre just south of Brussels the beer named after the city is a light, fruity witbier with typical cloudiness because the yeast remains in suspension. The neck label depicts the famous 'Mannekin Pis'.
Braybrooke Keller - Brewed in the heart of the English countryside near Market Harborough. An unfiltered and unpasteurised beer which keeps all of the best flavour while delivering the ultimate lager refreshment. It’s a proper lager, which means bottom-fermentation, cold storing then maturing over a number of weeks before release.
Tynt Meadow - Made by Trappist monks in the Midlands, Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.
