Whole Gordal olives – also known as ‘Queen’ olives – are very large green olives from Spain. Firm and plump with a fruity flavour, the olives are delicious on their own as a simple tapas dish. Also try serving the Gordal olives as an appetiser with Martinis or a dry sherry before dinner, or as part of an antipasto alongside cured meats and cheeses.
