A large, fresh-flavoured salami inspired by the traditional recipes of Calabria in southern Italy. Made from coarsely minced British pork leg and creamy fat, this unique salami is mixed with a selection of sweet medium-heat chillies and Hungarian paprika, creating a delightful balance of flavours.

Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
