Yet another gem from our favourite Greek producer

On the foothills of Crete's mt. Kedros, farmers have a tradition to keep a low bush vine format, in order to protect their fruit on shoots spreading over the soil, under a rich foliage.

A perfect summer rosé, refreshing yet substantial and made entirely from the local Liatiko grape. Raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry notes on the nose complement the refreshing, mineral and concentrated palate. This is both serious and accomplished:  it works as a sunshine sipper but is a foodie accompaniment par excellence.
