This 120 hectare estate lies in the beautiful Camargue region (between the Rhône river delta and the Mediterranean, and best known for its flamingos and wild horses) and is run by sisters Brigitte and Nathalie Bruel.
Their rosé, from organic vineyards cooled by the sea breezes, is a typically refreshing South of France style: pale and bright with juicy but crisp cherry/strawberry fruit with a hint of fennel, best drunk in the sun and wonderful with fresh seafood.
