The Salaverria family and our roasters have selected the El Roble area of Los Nogales farm, the Caturra bean and the "Red Honey" process - the outer skin and pulp are removed and the beans are lightly washed then dried in the sun. A unique and distinctive flavour with a deep and complex sweetness.
1-10 indicates the darkness of the roast (how long the beans are roasted for)
The number of stars indicates the natural strength and intensity of the coffee bean
