Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 6***** 

Beans from heirloom varietals only grown in South Ethiopia.  Wet processed using traditional methods.  It has an extraordinarily distinctive flavour, characterised by aromatic floral notes and mild acidity with a silky smooth sweetness.
