Morcon Iberico 100g

Morcon resembles chorizo & has very similar seasonings, but has a notable more rustic appearance. Made with the meat from Iberian pigs, Morcon is made with leaner meat than Chorizo, so the texture feels more coarse in the mouth. Full of rich, nutty, umami flavours.
