Unique English Col Fondo, made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, secondary fermentation in bottle, with the lees left in. Fine fizz melts zingy acidity, delicate tannins and flavours of rhubarb, sherbet and wild strawberry. Delicious and refreshing.
