Fantastically gastronomic, this is more a blanc de noir than a rose. The juice is whole-cluster pressed, settles overnight, then is racked into French oak barrels for fermentation and aging.
Christmas Delivery
Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
