Mojo Picon Rojo is a spicy red sauce from the Canary Islands. It is made using piquillo peppers, extra-virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar, mixed with garlic, chillies, spicy paprika, salt and sugar. Served throughout the Canary Islands with Canary Island wrinkled potatoes (Papas con mojo)! Try it with meats, pasta dishes or in casseroles.
