Join us for a relaxed but refined evening where we bridge the gap between boutique viticulture and seasonal gastronomy and show how high-energy, vibrant wines can anchor a great summer menu.

Six Curated Courses: seasonal dishes designed to highlight a specific wine profile

Six exceptional, lesser-known wines, including mineral-driven whites, textured rosés, and the "new wave" of light, chillable reds

Guided insights into pairing logic, serving temperatures for high-heat dining, and how to select wines that thrive in an outdoor setting.
