BOHNS dry rubs add flavour, colour, and help produce the heavy, smoke infused, outer spice crust so desired by BBQ pit masters. The dry rub should be generously and evenly sprinkled all over the meat, and left to rest at room temperature for unto an hour before cooking.

Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
