Superb, characterful modern white, made from 60-70% Merseguera, 25-30% Viognier, 5-10% Malvasía

Brilliant, limpid and straw-yellow in color. Fruity aromas such as apricot, pineapple and floral notes. Initially bold, developing into a fruity taste which is long-lasting.

Vineyard located in the limits of Requena, towards the interior of the province of Valencia at an altitude of 800m. Ground is chalky/sandy and calcareous.

Organic wine. Suitable for vegans.

Great with white meat, salads, seafood. Excellent with seafood rice dishes.
