Cheekily titled, great juicy, fruity and spicy Vin de Pays from the Southern Rhone.

Domaine Burle is a cracking Gigondas producer and this is their 'little' Vin de Pays, wine of the land, so labelled because the vineyard sits just outside the Gigondas appellation and while the blend is classically predominately Grenache it also includes some of the new varieties Marselan and Caladoc.

Burle is run by brothers Damien and Florent and their wines have a rustic bent with no destemming of the bunches resulting in wines with fruit and guts! Lots of lifted dark berry aromas lead onto a fruity palate with notes of dark cherry, touches of wild herbs, and a nice bit of a spicy kick.

Great value wine, which will work well with grilled meats and vegetables.
