Aged for 10-12 months, this Gouda is full of nutty, caramel flavours, and plenty of calcium lactate crystals which give it a satisfying crunch. Made by the Spieling family, this cheese draws on their Dutch heritage to produce an award winning cheese with high quality Cornish milk.
