Our coffee - Samson - is a blend of 5 different types of coffee. Each type is roasted separately for optimum quality and flavour, and then blended by hand in small batches. Lee & Fletcher, based in Nottingham, haven created and developed this coffee specifically for Delilah and can't be bought anywhere else!

The Components:

Costa Rica - for a smooth and mellow base

Ethiopia - for strength and depth of flavour

Malawi - for sweetness

East Africa and Indonesia - for a sharp, fruity edge
