Made at Rothley vineyards in Leicestershire; our own bespoke blend from the 2021 harvest.

A blend of Orion, Solaris and Madeleine Angevine, the wine is fresh and crisp, with a very English fruity profile of Elderflower, ripe pear and hedgerow. The palate has surprising weight and texture for something grown so far North, but stays refreshing to the end, with just 11% alcohol, and a lovely mineral backbone.

The wine is packaged without a (single-use plastic) capsule, with a paper label, is packed in re-used cardboard from Delilah's cellar, and collected by electric vehicle - a truly sustainable, local, artisan product.
