Mortadella Bologna 100g

A specialty from the Northern regions of Italy, Mortadella is a classic salume made with finely minced pork and small cubes of pork fat. This version also has pistachios folded in to give a light, nutty note when sliced wafer-thin. Perfect for a sandwich with melted mozzarella, or just on a platter alongside some antipasti.
