Potts' Katsu Curry is an authentic Japanese Curry Sauce made with coconut cream, tamari, and yuzu juice for a tart flavor. Comes in a 100% recyclable "beer" can with a detached lid. To make it traditional, heat the sauce in a pan over medium heat until hot. Fry or bake two breaded chicken breasts, then serve with the Katsu Curry Sauce and rice. For vegan-friendly option, fry 300-400g of diced soya protein pieces with the curry sauce until piping hot. Serve with Basmati or Pilau rice.
