An easy-going cow’s milk blue from the Puy-De-Dôme in central France, Roche Montagne has a striking white and black ash-covered rind and supple interior with a texture like set custard. the flavour is mild and malty with gentle spicing from the green and blue pockets of mould. Pasteurised.
