This traditional cheese is matured in a cave next to the old ruin of Schlossberg castle, deep in the valley of Emmental. A rich hard cheese, moderately salty, buttery, with a hint of hazelnut.
Made with unpasteurised cow's milk & animal rennet.

Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
