Made at Long Clawson Diary, this is the only pasteurised Red Leicester produced in the county of Leicestershire. Matured for around 6 months, this cheese has a sweet, caramel flavour & beautiful golden colour.

Made using pasteurised cow's milk & vegetarian rennet. Contains annatto.
