From the Lynher Dairy, similar to its sibling cheese Cornish Yarg, but the difference being a wrapping in wild garlic leaves rather than nettles. This gives the cheese a subtle garlicky aroma and buttery texture.
Made using pasteurised cow's milk & vegetarian rennet.

Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
