A Blue: Stichelton - An incredible unpasteurised blue cheese made close to home in Worksop.
A Hard: Schlossberger - A Swiss alpine cheese made deep in the valley of Emmental. Rich & buttery, with hints of hazelnut.
A Soft: Baron Bigod - A luscious brie-style cheese made in Suffolk that gives the French a run for their money!
A Truffled: Kaltbach with Truffle - A creamy gruyere style cheese with the addition of black summer truffles only available during the festive season.
A Goats: Sauvaget - A favourite amongst our staff, this ash-coated goats cheese not only looks beautiful but tastes it too.
A Washed-Rind: Vacherin Mont D'or - This seasonal cheese has a voluptious and velvety texture which simply can't be missed at Christmas.
Please note, all cheeses will be 250g cut portions, other than the Sauvaget, which is sold as a whole 180g cheese. At well over a kilo of cheese, this is plenty to feed a crowd and still have lots of leftovers for festive snacking!
