Tasty words and tastier food, come to Delilah Fine Foods for a night of Poetry and Plates. Your night will be filled with mouth-watering offerings from Delilah’s kitchen, delicious drinks and some of the most scrumptious words in Nottingham. You cannot miss this unique event.

Featuring; Polis Loizou, an award-winning Cypriot writer and performer, whose work draws on history, social politics, folklore and ‘queerness’ in all its forms, and Francesca ‘Cheska’ Mesce Northern poetic explorer, pseudo rapper and udon noodle devourer She writes about womanhood, the universe, and existential crises (respectively). Both are part of the Nottingham based GOBS collective performing at festivals and events both in and out of the city. The night is Hosted by Ben Macpherson, a poet and performer whose work Is characterised by it’s playfulness and has performed across the country including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Brighton Fringe and many more.
