Cool Chile Company Flaked Chipotle 40g

Cool Chile Company’s Chipotle Chile Flakes are made from the smoke-dried jalapeño chilli, which has a medium heat. Chipotle gives flavours of wood smoke and molasses to dishes. Chipotle flakes add instant smoky depth to sauces and stews with mild chilli heat. Red jalapeño chillies are smoke-dried and crushed into flakes, which are popularly added to salsas and marinades in Mexico and southwestern America.
