A delicate cured meat originating from the Parma region in Italy. Made from the neck/shoulder cuts of pork which gives it a fine marbling & smooth mouthfeel. Mild, but undoubtedly porky, the flavour is truly addictive.
Christmas Delivery
Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
