Qui L'Eut Cru means "who'd've thought?"
Innovative in a traditional region, Gustave Lorenz has sought to unearth nature's secrets with this orange wine, created by careful harvesting, a slow maceration of the grapes in contact with their skins, and meticulous vinification allowing no yeasts or sulphites to be added.
A lovely pastel orange colour, with intense floral notes or rose and acacia, mandarin peel and a hint of mulled wine on the nose, the palate is dense, fresh with good tannic structure and good length.
A gastronomic wine par excellence that will pair with many foods, including spicy Asian dishes. Who'd've thought, indeed?!
