Délice de Bourgogne is a French cow's milk cheese from the Burgundy region of France. The cheese is so creamy due to crème fraîche being added during the cheesemaking process. Rich and full-flavoured with a smooth, velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture. It is a subtle cheese with body and balanced acidity.
Made using pasteurised cow's milk & animal rennet.
