This single-varietal vinegar is crafted using locally-grown Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Catalonia. The aging process for Fig Leaf Wine Vinegar uses the traditional solera method - the same one employed to create sherry. With an optimal balance of acidity, it can be used to season salads, sauces and red meats. Bring out its flavour by making a shallot vinaigrette to dress fresh oysters.
Christmas Delivery
Our last guaranteed Christmas delivery is dispatch on Thursday 18 December for arrival on Friday 19 December.
We will continue dispatching on Monday 22 December for delivery on Tuesday 23 December, but this depends on DHL’s availability, so we cannot guarantee arrival.
