Litmus Orange Bacchus

Made with skin contact to emphasise the classic herbaceous notes of Bacchus. Pale gold in colour, with hazelnut, fennel and marzipan notes, the long broad palate has tannic grip and smooth texture. Great with oily fish and meats and spicy food.
