Serrano Gran reserva is produced using the very best ingredients and a slow ageing process for over 15 months to meet the rigorous quality standards established by the Consortium of Jamón Serrano Español, with a final stage of curation in bodega (drying rooms at hot temperature).
The whole process is controlled through the duration of the different stages by an experienced ham master with deep knowledge on the tradition led by the Consortium to achieve the Jamón Serrano Español.
